A Saturday Spanking Just For You

Welcome to Saturday Spankings blog hop, where everyone visiting can enter for a chance to win a OTK spanking from Dylan McDermott!

Okay, no, I'm kidding. That's not happening. I know, I'm cruel to play with everyone's emotions.

If anyone could arrange this, it would be glorious. I mean, I don't think the man has aged in twenty years, and his hands have always 'struck me' as paddle like.
I'm sad too, but let's move on

In all the excitement of my new book, Candi's Debt being out, I may have failed to mention Taming Kat is on sale for **$0.99**!! Have you read this book? I hear it's pretty hot. Just sayin'. I definitely had a blast writing it. The characters were all just so entertaining in my head. <--That doesn't make me sound like a nutjob at all, right?

This week I'm sharing one of my all time favorite snippets from Taming Kat. I love it because it's the morning after Kat and Caleb had their second-night-stand, and Kat is freaking out and ready to shove Caleb out the door. The only problem is Caleb isn't about to be shoved anywhere he doesn't want to be.

“You know what I'm thinking about right now?” he asked. She shook her head, her eyes again taking in his impressive erection before going back to his face. “I'm thinking about that little pink plug nestled between your cheeks last night, right where I wanted to bury myself while I spanked your ass.”

She audibly swallowed as he caged her in. Making sure she felt every inch of him.

“Caleb, like I was saying,” she breathlessly choked out. “About last night, it was—”

“Nice. I heard you.” He fisted a hand in her silky auburn hair, tilting her head back so she looked him right in the eyes. “I just figured if you could call it nice, I did it wrong.”

Moving halfway across the country to work part-time at a ranch had been a rash decision on Yankee city girl, Kat Martin's part. She had no idea her bold move was going to put her in close proximity to her one and only one-night-stand, Caleb McCrae.

Kat may not know what she wants to do with her life but she does know she needs to stay well away from sexy neanderthal Caleb, who had strutted into her life and ripped her pants off.

Caleb is officially done with military life and is ready to settle down. He's bought a stake in the ranch he grew up working at and is building a beautiful house. Now all he has to do is wrangle the one that got away. Kat Martin has been haunting his thoughts and steaming up his dreams ever since she skipped out on him after one of the hottest nights of his life. She may be giving him the cold shoulder now, but he knows just how to heat her up.

Warning: Contains one crystal ball reading mama, one gal with commitment issues and a sassy mouth, and one cowboy that believes his belt was meant for more than holding up his pants.

And don't miss out on my new book, Candi's Debt.

The men in my family are gamblers, cheats, and thieves. They aren’t loyal to anyone but themselves. It’s the Dawson way. My oldest brother was killed for sticking to that tradition.

I refuse to let that happen to my little brother. He’s all I have in this world and I’ll do anything to save him. His debts are now mine, and I always pay my debts.

Now if a certain ape leader would get out of my way, things would go much more smoothly.

  1. Oops! Looks like Caleb doesn't do NICE. It is a rather ho-hum endorsement, but it's better than "fine." Hopefully, he'll be able to move up a bit on her scale. Love the excerpt.

  2. Ohh!! Sounds like Caleb is going to try again soon to claim her ass. He sure does not like the word nice either!

  3. Talking about that little pink plug makes me squirm - her too I'm betting, regardless of what she says.

  4. He needs to do better than nice? She's going going to get it I think.

  5. Sounds like a winner, Aubrey! Way to go!

  6. LOL… what a great line. “I just figured if you could call it nice, I did it wrong.” Love it.
